Mr.Gordon GUO joined ZLT in 2005 after receiving his LLB in law from Peking University.

As a trademark attorney, he has extensive experience in the area of trademark litigation, prosecution and enforcement and possesses good understanding of Chinese laws relating to trademark, copyright and anti-unfair competition. His areas of practice include litigation, counseling on trademarks, domain names, copyright and unfair competition matters, advising on trademark availability, securing and defending IP rights, filing opposition and cancellation proceedings, requesting recognition of well-known trademark, negotiating for the acquisition of trademarks and licensing. He is adept at handling complicated trademark cases and has successfully assisted clients in obtaining recognition of well-known trademarks by the trademark authorities and the court.

Mr. Guo was invited to participate in the first seminar on difficult issues regarding administrative cases like trademark authorization and right confirmation held by Beijing Municipal Higher People's Court in June 2013.
